We're still in the beta phases of our Virtual Repair Café, but so far we've had 20 requests for repairs, 10 successful repairs, several still in progress, and only one item that was beyond our help. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we've been doing a mix of remote and drop-off repairs. If we can help you over the phone or Zoom, that's the preferred option, but no-contact pickup and drop-off of items can still get the job done with minimal chance of spreading the virus.
